Jim Christensen, Principal of this firm, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality) with over 40 years of professional business experience and over 25 years of leadership in service enterprises. Jim was a trained examiner and Team Leader for the Wisconsin Forward Award (state Baldrige competition). This experience has yielded skills and knowledge that provide customers with valuable solutions when they need help. We can provide strategic planning to help enterprises create goals. We have the statistical tools to improve service quality to meet customer expectations. We have a broad knowledge of tools and techniques to review and improve processes, develop resources, and deploy resources to help enterprises meet performance objectives and goals. We have the expertise to develop performance measures and scorecards to drive performance toward enterprise goals. We have spent years helping enterprises work smarter so they can excel in the complexities of today and the future.

Jim has recently been recognized for his leadership skill and talent. He is now serving on the Board of Directors for a major healthcare provider in South Central Wisconsin, and was recently elected to serve a term on the Board of Directors for Madison Downtown Rotary, one of the largest Rotary clubs in the association. He was named Professional of the Week in August 2011 in a local business publication.
