The best way to become familiar with the strengths and capabilities of a consulting firm is to work with us, and learn what our skills and capabilities can do for you. Short of that, a good way to become familiar with the work that a consulting practice provides is to know who they have served, what organizations they use to network and share contacts, and those organizations they closely collaborate with in serving clients or in developing programs to meet mutual needs.
Here is a listing of our clients and the types of efforts or assistance provided. We provide testimonials where they are available. Please contact us to learn more about the people we worked with, and the results we delivered.
Edgewood College - we offered workshops regularly for the business community through Edgewood's Executive Education program
First Unitarian Society - we performed several projects for the Society, including:
- Developing their capital project that will preserve their National Historic Landmark Meeting House, accommodate their space needs, and provide for a sustainable future.
- Assisting them in exploring their staffing needs compared to existing resources.
- Developing a Performance Management System to help them measure their progress toward their strategic goals and objectives.
Laura Richards - this young artist needed help finding markets for her work, and we have made connections to help her improve her sales.
Madison Area Technical College - we led a consulting project in Enrollment Services and established a collaborative relationship working through the College's Business, Industry and Community Services program to provide training and consulting services to area businesses. We have provided Six Sigma training to 20 Green Belts from 4 different organizations, and also provided statistical process control training to students from a number of organizations.
"Jim provided great direction during our continuous improvement project around Customer Service. He had tremendous technical capabilities and used applications that brought our concepts and ideas to life."

Monroe Clinic - we will provide a change management program as they prepare for implementation of an extensive improvement effort.
Wick Building Systems, Inc. - we created and delivered a Green Belt training program for this manufacturer in the fall of 2006. We are discussing other opportunities to assist them in the future. Here is what they said about our performance:
"Jim brought his years of experience as a project manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to the training for our Green Belts. For many Green Belts, the training is rather daunting, especially for those without college degrees, and Jim's calm demeanor and thorough grasp of the subject material helped our Green Belts to get the most from the training. The hands-on work with the Statapult really brought the principles and concepts together for our belts."
