Jim Christensen, Principal Consultant of this firm, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality) with over 40 years of professional business experience and over 25 years of leadership in service enterprises. Jim is a trained examiner and Team Leader for the Wisconsin Forward Award (state Baldrige competition). This experience has yielded skills and knowledge that provide customers with valuable solutions when organizations seek them.
Jim has recently been recognized for his leadership skill and talent. He is now serving on several boards. He has also developed affiliations that provide valuable resources when organizations need assistance.
